This paper analyses the cost to businesses of not being actively involved in evaluating and assisting employees around the HIV/AIDS issue.

The researchers analysed the impact of AIDS on six corporations between 1999 and 2001, four of which were subsidiaries of transnational corporations, based in South African and Botswana.
