The database lists a range of service providers in the field of HIV/AIDS, specifies their areas of expertise and focus and provides contact details. The service provider database is work in progress, with more entries being added on an ongoing basis. Most of the service providers listed are members of SABCOHA, however this is not a prerequisite for being included.

Said SABCOHA CEO Brad Mears: "This is an opportunity for our members who are service providers to profile what they are doing and to let the public know about them.

"We also want to draw our audiences attention to the important work in the field of HIV/AIDS that is being done by many service providers out there. We also want them to be informed about who is doing what. Furthermore, this will lead to collaboration, networking and an improvement in the quality of services offered."
