He is responsible for the comprehensive workplace HIV and AIDS program. This involved the development of a workplace policy on HIV and AIDS, co-ordinating the selection and training of peer educators, implementing an awareness campaign, conducting a prevalence survey, doing risk management based on the prevalence and rolling out an on-going VCT campaign.
